Luxembourg-based PSC Technologies was founded in 2000 by Christian Schumacher, a well-known name in the motorsport scene for many years.
Before he starts PSC Technologies, Christian Schumacher founded and ran since 1994 PSI Motorsport, acting also as the technical director of the team.
He was officially appointed by BMW Belgium for the Procar series and managed the official Honda Belgium team in the same series from 1998 to 2000, winning the manufacturers title for Honda Belgium in 1998.
In 1999, he entered the Belgian GT Championship with several Porsches, achieving a 3rd overall and winning the GT-class in the 24h of Zolder.
Christian Schumacher and his team were the first worldwide to bring the race version GT2-R of a Porsche 996 Turbo on international circuits. In 2001 and 2002 he homologated, developed and competed with the new GT2-R in the FIA GT and Belcar Championships. In 2003 the latest version of the PSI GT2-R achieved pole positions and wins in several GT series, for example in France, Spain and the UK. By 2004 and 2005, he was either running or supporting 11 GT2-R´s in different GT series throughout Europe.
In 2006, Christian Schumacher entered a Corvette C5-R and a C6.R in the FIA GT and LMS series with technical support from General Motors USA. Both high class racers won several rounds and finished on podiums, resulting in a vice-champion title in the FFSA GT Championship.
By the end of 2006, PSC Technologies was also charged to develop and homologate one of the icons in motorsport, the Ford GT.
In less than 4 months the team led by Christian Schumacher built up a legendary racecar, which already won in the 2nd round of the 2007 FIA GT3 European Championship.
In 2008, PSC Technologies returns to its roots: manufacturing, developing and servicing FIA racecars.
PSC Technologies’ workshop is equipped with a high-tech SCHENCK engine dyno, a MAHA 4x4 roll bench, a SUPERFLOW flow bench and all other necessary tools and equipments for building and developing high-class GT-cars.
Working hand-in-hand with renowned manufacturers like Bosch Motorsport, Michelin, Fichtel&Sachs, Fikse USA, Hewland, AP Racing and PFC, PSC Technologies has the capacity and technical knowledge to challenge any competitor in the world when it comes to GT sports.
